Summary:
As a Front Desk team member, you’re the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! Your role is all about creating a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment for our climbing community. Whether you’re working solo or with the team, you’ll help keep the gym running smoothly, provide top-notch customer service, and ensure everyone has a safe and awesome experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet every customer with a smile. Be kind. Show them you care.
Sell memberships and day passes, comfortable with working on a register.
Manage member accounts and assist with inquiries
Give safety tours for all new climbers.
Complete daily cleaning tasks.
Fit and sell climbing shoes and gear.
Restock food, shoes, and clothing daily.
Enforce gym rules to ensure a safe environment.
Attend monthly staff meetings.
Customer Service:
Lead with exceptional customer service — anticipate needs, engage with guests, and make every visit awesome for new and returning climbers.
Prioritize members while ensuring all guests feel valued and supported.
Take initiative, step up when needed, and always look for ways to improve the experience for our community.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of bouldering and climbing culture.
Customer service experience.
A go-getter attitude — take initiative and stay productive during downtime.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation:
$14/Hour
